Direction on how to return or exchange items

Exchanges
Please note the you may only exchange/return items that are in NEW condition. If items came with tags, they are expected to be returned with tags. Items that are not in resalable condition will not be taken back for return/exchange. ElectricKid has a 30 day Return/Exchange policy. This date starts the day the item is shipped, NOT THE DATE IT IS RECEIVED. Packages postmarked 30 days after this date will not be taken back for return or exchange.

To exchange an item(s) please mail your package to:

Please include the following so we can process your exchange. You must include the following or else your exchange will be disregarded.
1. Name of sales rep you spoke with or emailed, along with a money order for the amount he/she estimated for shipping back to your location. (To contact a sales rep, please click here)
2. Your order number
a. If you purchased your products on ElectricKid.com, you may get this information by logging into my account and looking at your recent orders
b. If you purchased your products on Amazon.com, you may get this information by logging into Amazon.com and looking at your recent orders
3. Your shipping address, email address and telephone number
4. Complete description of what you would like to exchange and what for.
5. Money order for $4.05 to ship the exchange to you.

 
Returns
